Rima Canaan Lee is a writer and photographer who was born in Beirut, Lebanon, grew up in Hamburg, Germany, and currently lives in the United States. She received a B.A. in English and American Literature from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from Yale University.
